About HomeLoanAi
Free home loan tools for every Australian buyer, from the Arrivau team.
Who runs this site
HomeLoanAi is published by the Arrivau team. Arrivau is an Australian finance business: mostly home loans, and also personal, commercial and construction loans. This site is not a broker or a lender and does not arrange credit itself. If you choose to leave your contact details, for instance to have a calculator result looked over, they are passed to Arrivau’s licensed brokers, who follow up with you. Arrivau does not charge clients a consultation fee.
What we do
HomeLoanAi provides free calculators and guides for Australian home buyers, refinancers, and property investors. We cover borrowing power, stamp duty across all states, loan comparisons, repayment strategies, and every major government scheme — and none of it requires a sign-up.
Why we built this
The Australian home loan market is complex. Lenders use different formulas, states have different stamp duty rules, and government schemes change every budget cycle. We built HomeLoanAi to give you clear, data-backed answers without the sales pitch. Our calculators use real APRA buffers, real tax tables, and real state-specific stamp duty rates — updated for 2026-27.
Our principles
- Free forever — no sign-up, no paywall, no credit card required
- Plain about who we are — the site is free to use and is published by a finance business, Arrivau, which is why we say so up front
- Data-driven — every calculator uses official rates, buffers, and thresholds
- Your choice to share — the calculators work without personal details; we only receive contact details you choose to leave
- Australian-owned — built for Australian buyers, by Australians
